While working at Lightboard, I contributed to a range of different projects for our client Usermind, an Experience Orchestration (XO) platform. Usermind captures, analyzes, and uses contextual data to personalize customer experiences, reducing friction in real time.
As an extension of their creative team, we helped with everything from white papers and one sheets, to presentation decks and icon collections. Because Usermind was a long-term client, we were able to push their brand forward by giving them a brand refresh, along with developing assets to support their new look.
